Hello all,

Haven't posted in a while. Let's see, what's going on n my life? Exciting things, some boring things (i.e. school...), and that's about it. School is pretty blah right now. Should be researching grad schools as we speak or trying to figure out where I am going this summer. But am doing neither. Instead am listinening to some jazz. Yay for rainy days.

Movies I want to see: Bridget Jones Edge of Reason, Alfie, I Heart Huckabees, Ray, The Incredibles, Napoleon Dynamite (STILL!!!), Closer (that hasn't even come out yet), and some more I think but I can't remember. That's $37 worth of movie viewing fun and 9 hours of my life that i am ready to give up. Sadly, I do not have 9 extra hours floating around. Except I did nothing for 9 hours today, so I suppose I could have gone and watched them all. But then I would be out $37.

Point of story is- i want to go see a movie.

Next topic- oh man can you believe thanksgiving is in FOUR DAYS?!?!?!?!?!!??!?! I am so hungry, already. I cannot wait. Kroger is beginning to be quite dangerous... all the pretty cookies and yummy thanksgiving foods set out to distract you. They have found my biggest weakness (typed as I eat a box of Christmas sugar cookies with red and green sprinkles).

Watched Eternal Sunchine again last night. Why do I like this movie so much? For being based on a such a far-fetched concept, the emotions are much too real. I think movies are moving away from portraying magical movie emotions and are moving towards real feelings. Flawed and confused emotions, verses fairy tale emotions. Does that mean I am finally jaded? No, I don't think so. I hope not.

I need to start writing again.

I hope everyone has a safe and happy thanksgiving. I will miss everyone this week but will be very glad to eat some turkey... and mashed potatos... and applie pie, and cookies, and stuffing, and ...etc etc
